The city of Kenner is a growing area for luxury homes featuring neighborhoods from the long established golf community of Chateau Estates to new communities as Louisiana Trace and lakefront neighborhoods as Gabriel and Place Pontchartrain.  Kenner attracts many families, has grown in retail development and features many parks and playgrounds as well as an active recreation department.
